**Due to the nature of this digital product, there are no refunds. This is a single service and is NON REFUNDABLE, & NON TRANSFERABLE TO ANY OTHER SERVICE.
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
Thank you for considering SJT PRODUCTIONS for your project. We want to ensure your experience with us is smooth as possible. Work does not being without a contractual agreement signed by the client and designer. Without the content agreement being signed, it will delay the completion of your services. Contractual agreements will be sent out withing twenty-four (24hours). If the contract agreement is not signed within twenty-four (24hours) of the initial date listed via email, you will receive a notification regarding order cancellation and all monies paid towards the service WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. All payments are forfeited and if you would like to work with the designer again, you will have to submit a new payment for the service. (This will push your service request date to the newest confirmed payment for services.)
TURNAROUND TIME
The standard turnaround time for this service is up to seven (7) business days.
Please note that our turnaround times are based on the designer's out of office days, weekend exclusions, and federal/national holidays.
You will receive a calendar invite date and email with a notification of your due date.
Please keep in mind, if you need the service before the standard business days listed, please select a RUSH FEE OPTION.
FILE FORMATS
Logo files will be delivered in web and print ready format(.png and .jpeg are the standard formats that we send) (other formats are available upon request)
REVISIONS
SJTPRODUCTIONS, will provide (2) revisions on one design. If more than (2) revisions are necessary, each additional revision will be a $30 fee per revision.
PAYMENTS
DUE TO THE NATURE OR THIS DIGITAL PRODUCT, If purchased, please understand that all payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All sales are final.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of this product/service please know before purchase that refunds are not eligible. By purchasing this item you are agreeing to this no-refund policy. Thank you!
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order, please understand, all fees paid are non-refundable.
PROJECT ABANDONMENT POLICY
At SJT PRODUCTIONS, we value your time as well as ours. If a project is ghosted or abandoned for 10 days or more with:
- NO COMMUNICATION
- MISSING CONTENT
- LACK OF RESPONSES
We have the right to consider your project cancelled and closed permanently.
